I don’t Know why, but whenever I happen to hear the click at the moment a
disital clock changes numbers I get kind of a happyfeeling.
The clock is made foe the moment. It’s not a clock that accurately displays
time with numbers or graduations; it works kike a time “mirror” to make
you directly aware that at this moment you are here in this place.

When people consciously gaze at the clock waiting for the instant it changes,
the sometime look away without thinking or blink and miss the moment.
It’s the same face no matter how many times it changes, so if you bloink,
you don’t know whether it has changed or not. The clock measures the timing
of when you seem to be looking but you’re really not.
